By asking all your acquaintances through this app? No. He's trying to find information on you, and he's doing it by reaching out to everyone who has a history of speaking to you on here. People who would, by logical conclusion, know more about you-- not the self the rest of this city knows, but the truest form of yourself.

Which means he's dedicated. And very intent on discovering something (or anything) about you.
