The sign does bother Togusa, and he looks at it for a second, until he slowly turns back to watch Dante. He's thinking of something, and Togusa keeps silent while he works it through, until he drops that other shoe into the room.

Togusa's eyebrows go straight up. "Me? No. But other people have. You?" That would be the damn icing on the cake for what Dante seems to be experiencing, wouldn't it?

Togusa sweeps his gaze around the room with a different perspective on it, could Dante be right? All this research, into what? Monsters? "They're amping up their game, going to start showing us more of a horrorshow, then? Or is this the next thing they're bringing through to this world? Like the chocobos?"
